Qué es EmpakoWhat Empako is
Dile a dónde vas, qué clase de viaje es y cuántos días, y Empako propone qué llevar; tú confirmas lo que vale y quitas lo que no. Guarda billetes, reservas y documentos dentro de la app, avisa si alguno caduca antes de la vuelta, y responde a «¿Dónde está…?» diciendo en qué maleta y compartimento va.
Tell it where you're going, what kind of trip it is and for how many days, and Empako suggests what to pack; you keep what's useful and drop what's not. It stores tickets, bookings and documents inside the app, flags any that expire before you're back, and answers "Where is...?" with the exact suitcase and pocket.

La propuesta afinada por IA necesita un iPhone compatible con Apple Intelligence; sin él, Empako sigue proponiendo equipaje con sus propias reglas. La sincronización entre dispositivos necesita sesión de iCloud. Disponible en español e inglés.
iPhone with iOS 17 or later. Apple Watch is optional. The AI-refined suggestion needs an iPhone that supports Apple Intelligence; without one, Empako still proposes packing lists using its own rules. Syncing between devices needs an iCloud session. Available in Spanish and English.

Porque depende de si tu iPhone tiene Apple Intelligence activado. Con él, el modelo del sistema afina la propuesta según el destino concreto; sin él, contestan las reglas de Empako. La app dice siempre cuál de las dos ha respondido.
Because it depends on whether your iPhone has Apple Intelligence turned on. With it, the on-device model fine-tunes the suggestion for your specific destination; without it, Empako's own rules answer. The app always states which of the two responded.

How do I see the same trip on two iPhones?
Inicia sesión con la misma cuenta de iCloud en ambos dispositivos y activa la sincronización desde el aviso de la app si aparece. Los cambios de equipaje se ven en los dos en cuanto hay conexión.
Sign in with the same iCloud account on both devices and enable sync if the app shows a prompt for it. Packing changes appear on both as soon as there's a connection.

I deleted a suitcase and the items disappeared from the list
No han desaparecido: al borrar una maleta, lo que llevaba dentro se queda sin asignar en vez de borrarse. Entra en el viaje y asígnalo a otra maleta.
They haven't: deleting a suitcase leaves what was in it unassigned instead of deleting it. Open the trip and assign it to another suitcase.

"Where is...?" can't find something I do have with me
El buscador compara texto sobre lo que ya has apuntado en el viaje: si el objeto no está escrito en ninguna maleta, no puede saber dónde va. Empako prefiere decir que no lo sabe antes que inventarse una respuesta.
The search compares text against what you've already logged for the trip: if the item isn't written down in any suitcase, it can't know where it is. Empako would rather say it doesn't know than make up an answer.

Significa que su fecha de caducidad es anterior a la vuelta del viaje. Es justo el aviso que Empako existe para dar: revisa el documento antes de salir.
It means its expiry date falls before the trip's return date. That's exactly the warning Empako exists to give: check the document before you leave.

No, Empako no tiene servidor propio. Todo se queda en tu dispositivo y, si usas iCloud, en tu cuenta privada. Puedes leer los detalles en la política de privacidad.
